Our intellectual property

SinTree is an online adult entertainment social media Webcam platform that brings users and performers together. We own the intellectual property for the site and our services.

SinTree licenses all such rights to you on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis to such extent as is necessary to enable you to make reasonable use of the site. If this agreement is terminated, this licence will automatically terminate.

You acknowledge that, in respect of any third party intellectual property rights, your use of such intellectual property rights is conditional on SinTree obtaining a written licence from the relevant licensor on such terms as will entitle SinTree to license such rights to you.

You warrant that any data, information, images or other content which you upload to the site will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party or otherwise not comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You will indemnify SinTree against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by SinTree arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of third party rights, including but not limited to any claims made by anybody against SinTree arising from you suspending, cancelling or providing incorrect information in respect of any activities or facilities offered by you via the site or arising from your activities on the site.

Your intellectual property

Subject to the rights granted to SinTree in the remainder of this Notice, the matter of who shall hold intellectual property rights in what a user publishes or broadcasts on this site and on what terms shall be a matter to be decided between users themselves. This includes, without limitation, any and all derivative works.

SinTree shall have the right to display use, modify, or display your content and material, or derivatives thereof, in other areas on the site and in any other promotional materials we produce, and you grant us a worldwide, transferable royalty-free, non-exclusive licence for this purpose.

By uploading your content and material to this site, you represent and warrant that these are your original creation and not copied from any third party and/or entity. You further represent and warrant that you have all rights to grant the above license to us without infringement of any third party rights, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trade marks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

You acknowledge that SinTree shall have the right to modify, amend, restrict and/or takedown any information, data or material whatsoever you upload or add to the site, without or without notice to you, regardless of whether SinTree has received a takedown notice or other legal notice, and for any reason or no reason.
