How Do I Create An Account?

1. Click on the Login/Signup icon on the navigation bar at the top right of our website.
2. Click inside the 'Username' box, and assign yourself a username. Your username needs to be unique to you. If your chosen username is already taken by someone else, a red 'not allowed' note will appear on screen. If you see this note, you will need to choose a different username. Once you have chosen a username that is unique to you, a green 'allowed' note will appear. You will then be able to move on to step 3.
3. Click inside the 'Email' box and enter an email address that you wish to use for your account.
4. Click in the 'Password' box and create a password for your account. The password you choose must be at least 8 characters, contain a number and a special character. If the password you create does not meet all of the criteria, you will see a note in red that explains why you cannot use the password you have tried to assign yourself. For example, if you do not include a number in your password, you will see the following error note: 'Your password must contain at least one number.'
5. Once you have created a password that meets all of our criteria, you need to retype the password into the 'Confirm Password' box. Please ensure that you type the password exactly as you have if the 'Password' box. If the passwords do not match, you will see a red note that reads 'Your passwords do not match. Please confirm your password.' If you see this note, please reenter your password in the 'Confirm Password' box, ensuring that it matches the password you entered in the 'password' box.
6. Click on the 'Register' button.
7. You will then be presented with a note that reads: 'Please verify your email.' You can now head over to your emails to do this. If you don't receive our email in your inbox, check your spam folder to see if it is in there. If you don't see our email in your spam folder, please, click on the 'Didn't receive it? Click here' hyperlink,' and you will be sent another verification email.
8. Once you have verified your email address, you will have access to our website.

How Do I Change My Email Address?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on 'Security' from the drop down list.
3. Enter the new email address that you wish to use for your account.
4. Click 'change email.'
5. An email will be sent to the original email address you assigned to your account to confirm successful change of email address.
6. An email will also be sent to your new email address for you to verify the changes. If you can't find this email in your inbox. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder.

You will use this new email address that you have assigned to your account for any future logins on our website.

How Do I Change My Password?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on 'Security' from the drop down list.
3. Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' box.
4. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' box. Please remember to ensure that your new password is at least 8 characters, contains a number and a special character.
5. Your new password will also need to be entered into the 'Confirm New Password' box. Please ensure this matches exactly what you entered into the 'New Password' box. If it doesn't you will receive an error message.
6. Click 'Change Password.'
7. You will receive an email to confirm that your password has been changed successfully. You will use this new password for future logins on our website.

How Do I Create My Profile?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Choose 'Profile' from the drop down list.
3. Complete all of the required fields on the form you are presented with. (Required fields are indicated by an asterick). If you do not complete all of the required fields, you will receive an error message at the top of the page. The fields you have missed will also have an error message so you will be aware which fields you have missed. You can also complete the 'optional' fields at this point.
4. Click 'update profile'

Please note that the name you enter in the 'Display Name' is the name other users will know you as on our website.

How Do I Update My Profile?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Choose 'Profile' from the drop down list.
3. If you want to change a profile or cover photo, click on the 'X' on the photo you want to change. The photo will disappear and you will need to click on the 'Choose File.' This will bring up the folders on your device. Choose the new picture, you would like to choose and click 'upload.'
4. You can change any aspect of your profile on this page.
5. Once you have made all of the changes you want to make, click 'Update Profile'

I Have Uploaded A Profile Picture And Cover Photo But I Can't See Them. Why Is This?

Once you have uploaded your profile and cover photo, it will take a few minutes for them to appear on your profile. Therefore, do not worry if they do not appear straight away. All you need to do is wait a few minutes, and then refresh the page. Your photos will then be viewable on your profile.

How Do I Login To My Account?

1. Click on the Login/Signup icon on the navigation bar at the top right of our website.
2. Click in the 'Email Address' box and enter the email address you used when you created your account.
3. Click in the 'Password' box and enter the password you created when you registered onto our website. Please ensure you type the password exactly as you did when you registered.

How Do I Logout Of My Account?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on 'Logout.'
3. You will return to our home page. This indicates that you have logged out securely.

In order to view locked content, you will need to purchase SinChips. You will then use these SinChips to unlock the content.

How Do I Buy SinChips?

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on 'Buy SinChips.'
3. A pop up box will appear. You will now be able enter the number of SinChips you would like to purchase. You can either manually enter the number you want to purchase, or click on the little arrows next to the word 'SinChips.' The total cost of the SinChips you are buying will also be shown in this box.
4. Once you are happy with the number of SinChips you have selected, click 'Pay Now.'
5. You will then be directed to a third party website called emerchant pay where you will complete a secure payment form. Please note that no payment details are held on our system.
6. Once you have completed all fields, you need to click the pay button at the bottom of the form.
7. A successful payment notification will appear on your screen and your account will have been credited with the amount of SinChips that you have purchased.
8. To view your SinChips, simply click on 'Settings' on the navigation bar. You will see your SinChips at the top of the list on the right of your screen.

How Do I View The Fallen Angels Profiles?

1. Click on the 'Fallen Angels' on the navigation bar.
2. You will now be able to see the profile pictures and names of all the Fallen Angels we have on our website.
3. When one of the Fallen Angels catches your eye, you can click on their profile picture. You will then see the profile of that particular Fallen Angel.
4. You will not be able to see any content, (both free and paid for) that has been uploaded onto our website until you have subscribed to our Fallen Angels. You will only be able to see profile pictures, cover photos, details of how many followers the Fallen Angel has, the number of likes they have received and the number of pictures and videos they have uploaded until you subscribe.

How Do I Subscribe To A Fallen Angel?

1. Click on 'Fallen Angels' on the navigation bar.
2. All of the Fallen Angels who are available to subscribe to will appear on this page. You will see their profile picture and their name. Once you have seen a Fallen Angel that you would like to subscribe to, click on their profile picture.
3. You will now be able to see your chosen Fallen Angel's profile, including their profile and cover photo, details of how many followers the Fallen Angel has, the number of likes they have received and the number of pictures and videos.
4. You will see a'Subscribe' button on the Fallen Angel's profile. Some will be free to subscribe to and some you will need to pay for. The Fallen Angels that require you to pay for a subscription will tell you how much they charge per month on the 'Subscribe' button.
5. Click on the subscribe button. A pop up box will appear to explain what you will get for your subscription. Once you are happy to subscribe to a particular Fallen Angel, click the subscribe button on the popup box. Please note that even though you may have chosen a Fallen Angel that you can subscribe to for free, you will only be able to view the free content that they have uploaded onto their profile. If the Fallen Angel has put on paid for content on their profile, you will not be able to see this until you pay to see the content you wish to see.

How Do I Message A Fallen Angel?

1. You need to subscribe to a Fallen Angel before you can message them. If you are unsure how to subscribe to a Fallen Angel, please read the answer to the question 'How Do I Subscribe To A Fallen Angel'
2. Once you have ensured that you are subscribed to a Fallen Angel, you can visit their profile. Click on the 'Message Me' button.
3. A message screen will appear. Click in the message box and start to type your message.
4. If you would like to send an image to your Fallen Angel, click the 'Add Image' button. The documents on your device will appear. Choose the image you want to send and click 'Upload.' You can send up to 5 images per message. Images you are going to send will appear below your message.
5. If you would like to send a video. Click the 'Add Video' button. The videos on your device will appear. Choose the video that you want to upload and click upload. You can send 1 video per message.
6. You can also send send an audio recording. Click the 'Record Audio' and record the message you would like to send.
7. Once you have completed your message and uploaded the files you want to send, click the 'Send' button.
8. The message you have just sent will appear in the main text box. Any files that you have sent with your message will also appear here.

How Can I See Which Fallen Angels Are Live On Cam?

1. Log on to your account.
2. Click on the Fallen Angels icon on the top of the page.
3. The Fallen Angels who are live on SinCam will have a little green camera icon under their profile.
4. If you would like to view any of the live Fallen Angels, click on their profile picture.
5. You will then be taken to their profile where you can view their live stream.

How Do I Tip A Fallen Angel During A Live Stream?

1. Click on 'Tip Model.'
2. Enter the number of SinChips you want to tip the Fallen Angel. Please note, you will need to have sufficient SinChips in your account in order to tip your chosen Fallen Angel.
3. Click 'Send Chip.'

How Do I Send A Message?

1. Click in the box that says 'Type your message'
2. Write your message.
3. Click the blue send icon.

Please note that any message you write here will be viewable to everyone watching the live stream.

How Do I Request A Private Live Show?

1. Click On 'Private Show.'
2. A pop up box will appear to show that you are waiting for the Fallen Angel to accept your request for a private show.
3. Once the Fallen Angel has accepted your request, a private stream will open between yourself and the Fallen Angel.
4. You will see that a red banner which states 'private' has appeared above your stream. This confirms that you have a private connection with your chosen Fallen Angel.

Can I Send A Message During A Private Show?

1. Click in the box that says 'Type your message'
2. Write your message.
3. Click the blue send icon.

Please note that any message you write here will only be viewable by the Fallen Angel who you are sharing a private stream with.

How Do I End A Private Show?

When you want to close the private stream with a Fallen Angel, click 'Cancel Private.' The Fallen Angel will then return back to her public room. If you no longer want to view the live stream, click 'Leave Show.'

How Do I Become A Fallen Angel?

You will not be able to register as a Fallen Angel until you have completed your profile. Once your profile is completed, you will be able to follow the steps below to register as a Fallen Angel:

1. Click on the settings icon on the navigation bar.
2. Choose 'Become A Fallen Angel' from the drop down list.
3. Complete all of the required fields, (Required fields are indicated by an asterick). Please ensure that the documentation you upload is of a high quality and that all of the details are visible in the photo. If we cannot identify you from the documents you provide, we will not be able to approve your account.
4. Once you have completed the form, you need to click the 'Submit Application' button. Your application will be sent to us for approval.
5. You will receive a notification on your account to say your account has been approved. You will also receive a notification if your application is denied.

How Long Will It Take For My Application To Be Approved?

Your application will be processed within 14 days from the date you submit your application.

What Forms Of ID Do You Accept?

We accept passports, driving licenses and photo ID. Please ensure that when you submit photos of your selected ID, that the whole of the ID can be seen in the photo. All of the details on the ID must also be readable. Any unsuitable photos uploaded may mean that your application is denied, or delayed.

How Do I Add A New Post?

1. Click the add new post on the navigation bar
2. Write anything you want to appear on your post in the box. If you would like to add images to your post, click 'Add Image.' (You can add up to 12 images per post.) If you would rather add a video or audio to your post, click 'Add Video Or Audio.' (The maximum size you can upload is 1GB).
3. If you would like your subscribers to pay for your post, click on 'Paid Content,' and select 'Pay Per View Content.' You can then set the number of SinChips your subscriber will have to pay to see your post. When your pay per view content appears on your profile, an holding image will appear that will cover your content. Your subscriber will have to pay to reveal the content.
4. Click send and your post will appear on your profile.

How Do I Add Pay Per View Content?

1. Click the add new post on the navigation bar
2. Write anything you want to appear on your post in the box.
3. You will need to click 'Add Image' to add an image. You can add up to 12 images per post.
4. You will need to click 'Add Video Or Audio' to add a video or audio file to your post. Please ensure the file you upload doesn't exceed 1GB.
5. In order to make your post pay per view, click 'Paid Content,' and choose 'Pay Per View Content.' You can then choose how many SinChips the subscriber will pay you to see your pay per view content.
6. Click 'Send.' Your post will appear on your profile, but the subscriber will not be able to see your content until they pay to see it.

What Is SinSultry?

SinSultry is where you can upload your favourite pre-loved items. Your subscribers can then buy these items with SinChips.

How Do I Upload Items To SinSultry?

1. Click on 'SinSultry' on the navigation bar.
2. Click on 'Add New Listing.'
3. Complete all fields on the form.
4. Click 'Add Item.' Your item will now be available for your subscribers to purchase.

What Is The Difference Between Block User & Restrict User?

If you block a user, the user will not be able to see your profile. Restricting a user will mean that the user will be able to see your profile, but will not be able to able to interact with you.

How Do I Block A User?

1. Click on your profile.
2. Click on the cog on your cover photo. This will bring up a drop down list with three options for you to choose from.
3. Choose 'Block User.'
4. This will mean that the user will no longer be able to see your profile.

How Do I Restrict A User?

1. Go to your profile.
2. Click on the cog on your cover photo. This will bring up a drop down list with three options for you to choose from.
3. Choose 'Restrict User.'
4. This now means that the user will be able to see your profile, but will not be able to interact with you.

Will I Benefit From Referring My Friends?

Yes. When your friend subscribes using your referral code, you will earn 5% of your friend's earnings.

How Do I Refer My Friends?

1. Click on 'Settings' on the navigation bar.
2. Choose 'Your Referral Code' from the bottom of the list of options.
3. Your friend will then use this link to join SinTree.

How Do I Go Live On Cam?

1. Log into your SinTree account
2. Click on settings.
3. Click 'Go Live.'
4. A pop up box will appear to request access to your microphone and camera. Click 'allow.'
5. You are now live on SinTree.

3. Click on your profile.
4. Click on the middle button labelled 'SinCam' on the bottom right of your cover photo.

How Do I Set A Private Rate?

1. Click in the box under 'Set Go Private Rate (SinChips Per Minute):'
2. Enter the number of SinChips you would like to charge per minute for the private session. Please note that if you do not want to over the option of a private session, set the price to 0. This will mean that the viewer will not have the option of asking for a private session with you.
3. Click 'update.'

I Don't Want To Offer Private Sessions - What Do I Do?

1. Follow the instructions to go live.
2. Click in the box under 'Set Go Private Rate (SinChips Per Minute):'
3. Set the amount of SinChips to 0. This will mean that the viewer will not have the option of asking for a private session with you.
4. Click 'update.'

How Do I Write A Message When I Am Live?

1. Click in the box that says 'Type your message'
2. Write your message.
3. Click the blue send icon.

How Do I Know If Anyone Has Requested A Request For A Private Show?

1. When a person requests a private show with you, a message will appear in the bottom left of your screen. This message will tell you who has requested the private show and will also tell you how many SinChips they have paid.
2. If you want to accept the request to go private, click 'Go Private.'
3. A pop up box will appear to request access to your microphone and camera. Click 'allow.'
4. You will be able to tell that you are in a private stream by the red banner that states 'Private' that has now appeared across the top of your screen.

How Do I Leave A Private Show?

1. When you want to leave a private show, click 'Cancel Private.'
2. You will now be back in your public room.

Can I Report A User?

If you feel a user is being offensive or you are not happy with any aspect of their behaviour, you can report them during a private stream by clicking on 'Report User' button at the bottom of the screen. The details will be sent to admin and we will deal with the situation.

How Do I Share My Link?

You can share your live link by copying the text in the box labelled 'Share Your Stream.' You can then paste this link on your other media platforms.

How Do I Close My Live Stream?

Click on 'End Show' to end your live stream.
